Visual Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer who can take ownership of both our visual communication and digital product design. In this role, you will work across a wide range of design requirements, from social media creatives, advertisements, branding materials, presentations, and marketing assets to website and mobile application interfaces, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and complete UI/UX experiences.

You will work closely with the marketing, content, product, and development teams to turn ideas and business requirements into visually compelling, user-friendly, and consistent designs. The ideal candidate should be comfortable moving between creative graphic design and structured UI/UX design, while maintaining strong attention to typography, layout, visual hierarchy, usability, branding, and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Create high-quality graphics for social media posts, stories, reels covers, advertisements, campaigns, websites, presentations, brochures, banners, posters, and other marketing materials.

  • Design creative concepts based on campaign objectives, brand guidelines, target audiences, and marketing requirements.

  • Develop visually engaging creatives for digital advertising and promotional campaigns.

  • Create festival creatives, announcements, offers, promotional materials, and other brand communication assets.

  • Maintain consistency across typography, colors, layouts, imagery, icons, illustrations, and overall visual identity.

  • Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various platforms and marketing requirements.

  • Create and maintain reusable design templates to improve consistency and production efficiency.

Branding & Visual Communication:

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity systems.

  • Create brand assets, marketing collateral, presentation designs, and other visual communication materials.

  • Understand brand positioning and translate business ideas into strong visual concepts.

  • Ensure that all creative output follows established brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual language.

UI/UX Design:

  • Design intuitive and visually polished interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.

  • Create wireframes, user flows, information architecture, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

  • Translate business requirements and user needs into practical and engaging digital experiences.

  • Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.

  • Develop complete UI screens including navigation, forms, dashboards, profiles, booking flows, payment screens, onboarding, and other product experiences.

  • Apply principles of usability, accessibility, visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, and interaction design.

  • Create reusable components and design systems to maintain consistency across digital products.

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and resolve design-related implementation challenges.

  • Review developed interfaces and provide design feedback to maintain visual and functional quality.

Design Collaboration:

  • Work closely with developers, marketers, content creators, and management to understand requirements and deliver appropriate design solutions.

  • Participate in brainstorming and creative discussions.

  • Present design concepts and explain design decisions when required.

  • Incorporate feedback and manage multiple design iterations efficiently.

  • Take ownership of design projects from initial concept through final delivery.

[WHAT_WE_LOOK_FOR]

Graphic Design:

  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, composition, typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

  • Experience creating designs for social media, digital advertising, websites, print materials, and marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to develop creative concepts rather than simply executing predefined designs.

  • Strong image selection, editing, retouching, and visual composition skills.

UI/UX:

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and modern digital product design.

  • Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.

  • Ability to create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.

  • Understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive design, interaction patterns, and user journeys.

  • Ability to think from the user's perspective while balancing business and technical requirements.

Design Tools:

  • Strong proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or equivalent professional design tools.

  • Experience with Canva for rapid creative production and social media design is a plus.

  • Knowledge of additional tools such as Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other creative tools is an advantage.

Product & Brand Mindset:

  • Ability to understand a business requirement and convert it into a strong visual or product experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and consistency. Good understanding of branding and visual communication.

  • Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and usability.

  • Comfortable working on multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

  • Willingness to explore new design trends, tools, and techniques.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly.

  • Comfortable receiving feedback and making design iterations.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking abilities.

Portfolio:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and UI/UX work is required.

  • Portfolio should ideally include examples of social media creatives, branding, marketing designs, website designs, mobile application designs, wireframes, prototypes, or design systems.

  • Candidates may be asked to complete a design assignment as part of the selection process.
