Amplify Today ("we", "us") is a digital services business based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, offering web development, app development, SEO and social media management. We operate this website, https://www.amplifytoday.in/.

We collect only what is needed to respond to you. This falls into two groups.

We do not run advertising or behavioural-tracking tools on this website, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:

• checkGoogle Fonts, which supplies the icon font used on this site. Your browser requests it directly from Google, so Google may see your IP address.
• checkGoogle Maps, which shows our location on the home and about pages. Your browser loads the map directly from Google, so Google may see your IP address and may set its own cookies.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example in response to a lawful request from a court or authority.

Some of the providers above may process data on servers outside India. We choose reputable providers and rely on their security commitments, but your data may be subject to the laws of those countries while it is there.

We keep enquiry data for as long as it is needed to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
