Amplify Today provides end-to-end business solutions, including domain and hosting setup, web development, app development, SEO and social media management.

Information on the Website is a general description of what we do. It is not an offer. The scope, deliverables, price and timeline of any project are set out in the written quote or agreement we agree with you, and that document prevails over this page if the two differ.

Unless otherwise stated, Amplify Today and its licensors own the intellectual property rights in all material on this Website, including text, design, graphics, logos and code. All rights are reserved. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish, sell or redistribute our material without our written permission.

Rights in work we create for a client are governed by the agreement for that project.

When you engage us for a project, such as a website build or social media setup, we rely on you to provide timely feedback, accurate information and the assets we need (content, logos, images, access credentials).

Timelines we quote are estimates, not guarantees. For example, a standard business website typically launches in 2 to 4 weeks, but only if feedback and assets reach us promptly. Delays on your side move the timeline accordingly.

Fees, payment schedule and ongoing management charges are as stated in your quote or agreement. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and begins only once you approve it.

Projects often depend on third parties such as domain registrars, hosting platforms, payment gateways, app stores, search engines and social platforms. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies or changes. We also cannot guarantee particular search rankings, traffic or social media results, because those depend on factors outside our control.

When using the Website you agree not to:
